Game Notes: Bear and Breakfast

A lodge-management and exploration game starring a bear.
Not a "bear-type" character - an actual bear.
It's a very warm and relaxing game.
You repair a run-down house, clean up the trash, and finally open for business.
You welcome the humans who come to stay at your lodge.
Unbelievably, the humans litter before they leave.
Normally that would be annoying, but in this game it's the opposite.
Because collecting trash lets you exchange it for various items.
・Pick up trash and clean the place
・Trade trash for furniture and upgrade your lodge
・Guests are satisfied and leave behind trash (and money)
This loop feels GREAT.
Picking up trash even makes you feel like you're doing something good.
Turning trash into a form of currency is simply a brilliant idea.
The pastoral graphics are also very well crafted.
I could go on about how effectively the lines and shapes are used, but I'll stop here.

I got this game when Epic Games offered it for free over a year ago and played it then.
When I choose games myself, my tastes tend to get biased, so these kinds of free giveaways are really appreciated as a way to experience a wider variety of titles.
